Nightmare property managers are everywhere.
Sure they are nice enough to your face and have all the right platitudes when needed, but do they really do what they say they do and more importantly, do they even care?
One of our new landlords found out that a tenant had been running a child care centre from his property for 5 years!
The property manager "forgot” to tell him and the damage to his property is enormous, not to mention all the insurance implications when this type of thing happens.
