WA landlords must lodge bond within 2 weeks of receiving it.
Mr Ive Cvitan has been fined $4000 by the Magistrates Court
for failing to lodge the bond and he also has to pay the $1,400 bond back to
his tenant.
The landlord also did not provide the tenant with a
completed agreement or a property condition report.
